Welcome to DreamTissa. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our skill-based travel competitions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a jurisdiction where skill-based competitions are permitted to enter. Employees of DreamTissa and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

2. How to enter

Each competition requires you to (a) select the number of tickets you wish to purchase, (b) answer the skill-based question, and (c) complete payment. Only paid entries with the correct answer are eligible for the draw.

3. Draw and winner selection

The winner is drawn at random from all paid entries that submitted the correct answer. The draw is conducted using a verified random process and a certificate is generated for transparency.

4. Prizes

Prizes are described on each contest page. Prize values are approximate and based on retail estimates. Travel prizes are subject to availability and may not include flights, visas, or travel insurance unless explicitly stated.

5. Refunds

All ticket sales are final. Refunds may be offered only if a competition is cancelled or extended by DreamTissa in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

DreamTissa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any competition or use of the website.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
