1. Who we are

Dream Tissa is a travel brand operating skill-based prize competitions from the United Kingdom.

In these Terms, "Dream Tissa", "we", "us" and "our" means Dream Tissa. "You" means any person who accesses the website or enters a competition.

2. Nature of the competitions

Dream Tissa operates skill-based prize competitions. The competitions are intended to be run in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and applicable UK promotional marketing rules.

To enter a paid competition, you must select the number of tickets, answer the required skill-based question, confirm that you are eligible, accept these Terms, and complete payment where payment is available.

Only entries with the correct answer to the skill-based question will be entered into the final random draw. Incorrect answers are not eligible to win.

The skill-based question requires genuine skill, knowledge or judgement and is designed to prevent a proportion of entrants from being eligible to win. Dream Tissa may reject or cancel entries if the competition mechanic is abused, manipulated or entered fraudulently.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enter a Dream Tissa competition. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account or entering a competition.

Employees, directors, contractors, agents and immediate family members of Dream Tissa, and anyone professionally connected with a competition, may not enter unless Dream Tissa expressly allows this in writing.

We may ask a winner to provide proof of identity, age, address and payment ownership before a prize is awarded. If satisfactory proof is not provided within the requested timeframe, we may disqualify the winner and select an alternative winner.

4. International entries

Dream Tissa may accept entries from outside the United Kingdom, unless a competition page states otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring that entering a Dream Tissa competition is lawful in your country, state or territory.

Dream Tissa competitions are not available to residents of Germany. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund entries from Germany or from any jurisdiction where participation may be restricted or prohibited by local law.

Winners outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, import charges, insurance, delivery requirements, travel documents, visas, travel authorisations and local legal obligations that apply to their prize, unless the competition page expressly states otherwise.

5. Competition details

Each competition page states the key information for that competition, including:

• the prize, product, cash alternative, voucher, service or experience;
• the estimated prize value;
• the ticket price;
• the maximum number of tickets;
• the competition closing date or countdown;
• any delivery limits, travel restrictions, blackout dates, expiry dates or availability limits;
• what is included and not included;
• the skill-based question and answer options;
• any additional conditions specific to the prize.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific competition page, the specific competition page will apply only for that competition, unless it conflicts with applicable law.

6. Tickets and entries

Each paid ticket gives one entry into the relevant competition, provided that the skill question is answered correctly and the entry is otherwise valid. Entry is confirmed only when payment is successfully received and acknowledged by Dream Tissa.

The number of tickets available for each competition is limited. We may close a competition when all tickets are sold, when the closing date is reached, or where we reasonably need to cancel or extend a competition.

We may reject, remove or cancel entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, abusive, made using incorrect information, made using a payment method without authorisation, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

7. Payment

Where paid entry is available, ticket prices are shown on the website before checkout. The name shown on your bank or card statement may be Dream Tissa.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, refunded or suspected to be unauthorised, the related entries may be cancelled. Dream Tissa may request additional verification before accepting an entry or awarding a prize.

8. Coupons and promotions

Dream Tissa may offer discount codes, coupons or promotional credits from time to time. Coupons may be limited by date, competition, number of uses, customer, location or other conditions. Coupons have no cash value and may be withdrawn or refused if abused.

9. Draw process

After a competition closes, all valid and eligible entries with the correct answer will be entered into a random draw. Dream Tissa may use an independent or verifiable random draw provider, such as RandomDraws, to conduct or evidence the draw and may publish a certificate ID, certificate URL or draw verification link.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. The draw result is final, except where Dream Tissa identifies fraud, technical error, ineligible entry, payment failure or legal issue.

10. Winners

Winners are contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided in their account or entry. Winners may be required to respond within 5 days of notification and to provide proof of identity, age, address and payment ownership.

If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, cannot verify eligibility, refuses the prize, or breaches these Terms, Dream Tissa may disqualify that winner and select an alternative winner. Dream Tissa may publish the winner's first name, initial of surname, town/country, ticket number and draw certificate information, unless the winner has a lawful reason to object.

11. Cancellation, extension and errors

Dream Tissa may cancel, extend or amend a competition where it is reasonably necessary, including for legal, technical, fraud, safety or supply reasons. If a competition is cancelled, Dream Tissa may offer a refund, credit or transfer to another competition, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or not received because of technical, postal, network, payment or third-party issues.

12. Fair use and prohibited conduct

You must not misuse the website, attempt to manipulate a competition, create multiple accounts to avoid limits, use bots or automation, submit false details, use unauthorised payment methods, abuse coupons, harass staff or other users, or breach any applicable law.

We may suspend accounts, cancel entries, refuse prizes or block access where we reasonably suspect abuse or breach of these Terms.

13. Marketing and winner publicity

By entering a competition, you agree that Dream Tissa may reasonably use your first name, initial of surname, town/country, ticket number and draw certificate information for winner announcements and marketing, subject to applicable law and your right to object for lawful reasons.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Tissa is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your participation in any competition or use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that consumers may have additional rights under local law.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version is published on the website; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
