Refund Policy

At DreamTissa, all competition entries are final once payment is completed. Because each entry is a participation in a skill-based draw, tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.

When refunds may be granted

• The competition is cancelled by DreamTissa before the draw date.
• The competition is extended beyond a reasonable timeframe and you choose to withdraw.
• A technical error charged you but did not create a valid entry.

How to request a refund

Contact us within 14 days of the issue at hello@dreamtissa.com with your order details and reason for the request. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and typically processed within 7 business days if approved.

Non-refundable items

Entries where the correct answer was submitted and the draw proceeded are not refundable. Processing fees charged by payment providers are also non-refundable.
